Boyer-Martenot 2009 Puligny-Montrachet 
From the famed vineyards of Montrachet, its terroir encourages a Puligny with a more supple soul, smelling like spring yet tasting like summer. Aromas of fresh bay leaf & herbs mix with spring blossoms & a touch of earth; the mouth is pure and refined, a tangy marmalade of Meyer lemon & quince. Long, chiseled and full of verve.  A spectacular wine to benchmark 5 years together!

Pelassa 2005 Barolo
Brilliant garnet red in hue, the nose is deeply scented with notes of dried flowers & wild rose falling into deeper scents of tobacco creating an intoxicating ethereal bouquet.  Layers of black fruit backed by notes of wood & spice come through on the luscious ripe palate.  Impressive tannins round out balancing this rich & powerful wine. A beautiful show-stopper that will be the perfect way to celebrate 10 years together!
